Leagann Airteagal 61 síos urlár an toilithe do thástáil córas AI ardriosca faoi fhíordhálaí de réir Airteagal 60: ní ghlacann aon duine páirt gan toiliú saor feasach. Aistríonn sé loighic na dtrialacha cliniciúla go tástáil AI.
