Ligeann Airteagal 69 d'údaráis náisiúnta cumhacht eolaíoch an Aontais a fháil ar iasacht: féadfaidh na Ballstáit glaoch ar shaineolaithe an phainéil eolaíochta chun tacú lena bhforfheidhmiú ar an Acht AI. Ní fhanann ardchumas teicniúil ina phribhléid ag na riaracháin is mó.
