- Komisija var novērtēt GPAI modeli, ja 91. panta informācija ir nepietiekama, vai pēc zinātniskās grupas kvalificēta brīdinājuma saskaņā ar 90. pantu
- Novērtējumos var iesaistīt neatkarīgus ekspertus, arī no zinātniskās grupas
- Komisija var pieprasīt piekļuvi modelim caur API vai citiem piemērotiem tehniskiem līdzekļiem, ieskaitot pirmkodu; šeit konstatētas nopietnas un pamatotas bažas ir izteikts 93. panta pasākumu priekšnoteikums

Piemēro no 2026. gada 2. augusta; 2026. gada digitālais omnibuss atlika materiālās augsta riska saistības (III pielikumu uz 2027. gada 2. decembri, I pielikumu uz 2028. gada 2. augustu), bet šo noteikumu nepārcēla.
