O artigo 92 permite à Comissão parar de ler e começar a testar: quando os papéis não bastam, o Serviço para a IA pode avaliar diretamente um modelo de IA de uso geral — inclusive com acesso ao modelo e peritos independentes.

Aplica-se a partir de 2 de agosto de 2026; o Omnibus Digital de 2026 adiou as obrigações substantivas de alto risco (anexo III para 2 de dezembro de 2027, anexo I para 2 de agosto de 2028) mas não moveu esta disposição.
