- Paziņot Komisijai nekavējoties, vēlākais divu nedēļu laikā no 51. panta nosacījuma izpildes (prezumpcija pie 10²⁵ FLOPs)
- Nodrošinātājs var argumentēt, ka modelis tomēr nerada sistēmisku risku; Komisija argumentus var noraidīt un modeli noteikt, arī pēc savas iniciatīvas
- Komisija publicē noteikto modeļu sarakstu; pamatots pieprasījums ļauj veikt atkārtotu novērtēšanu
