- Aptver trūkumus kā CE marķējums, kas uzlikts pretēji 48. pantam vai nav uzlikts, trūkstoša ES atbilstības deklarācija, neveikta reģistrācija ES datubāzē, nav pilnvarotā pārstāvja vai nepieejama tehniskā dokumentācija
- Tirgus uzraudzības iestāde pieprasa nodrošinātājam izbeigt neatbilstību noteiktajā termiņā
- Ja neatbilstība turpinās, dalībvalsts veic atbilstošus un samērīgus pasākumus, lai ierobežotu vai aizliegtu sistēmu, vai nodrošinātu tās atsaukšanu vai izņemšanu

Piemēro no 2026. gada 2. augusta; 2026. gada digitālais omnibuss atlika materiālās augsta riska saistības (III pielikumu uz 2027. gada 2. decembri, I pielikumu uz 2028. gada 2. augustu), bet šo noteikumu nepārcēla.
