Articolul 92 permite Comisiei să înceteze să citească și să înceapă să testeze: când hârtiile nu ajung, Oficiul pentru IA poate evalua direct un model de IA de uz general — inclusiv cu acces la model și experți independenți.

Calendarul conformității
Se aplică de la 2 august 2026; Omnibusul digital din 2026 a amânat obligațiile de fond cu risc ridicat (anexa III la 2 decembrie 2027, anexa I la 2 august 2028), dar nu a mutat această dispoziție.
