Članak 92. dopušta Komisiji da prestane čitati i počne testirati: gdje papiri nisu dovoljni, Ured za UI može izravno evaluirati model umjetne inteligencije opće namjene — uključujući s pristupom modelu i neovisnim stručnjacima.
