- pants dod MI birojam tā sargtorni: nepārtrauktu uzraudzību, vai GPAI nodrošinātāji patiešām dara to, ko prasa V nodaļa — tostarp vai tie ievēro parakstītos prakses kodeksus. Tas paver ceļu arī lejupējo nodrošinātāju sūdzībām.

- MI birojs var veikt nepieciešamās darbības, lai uzraudzītu V nodaļas efektīvu īstenošanu no GPAI nodrošinātāju puses, tostarp apstiprināto prakses kodeksu ievērošanu
- Lejupējie nodrošinātāji var iesniegt sūdzību par augšupējā GPAI nodrošinātāja pārkāpumu — piegādes ķēde kļūst par izpildes sensoru
- Uzraudzības konstatējumi baro eskalācijas kāpnes: dokumentācijas pieprasījumi (91. p.), novērtējumi (92. p.), pasākumi (93. p.)

Piemēro no 2026. gada 2. augusta; 2026. gada digitālais omnibuss atlika materiālās augsta riska saistības (III pielikumu uz 2027. gada 2. decembri, I pielikumu uz 2028. gada 2. augustu), bet šo noteikumu nepārcēla.
