Articolul 52 — intitulat oficial doar „Procedură” — reglementează modul în care un model de IA de uz general devine formal, sau contestă că devine, un model cu risc sistemic. Este balamaua administrativă între criteriile articolului 51 și obligațiile articolului 55.
Rezumatul textului oficial
- Notificarea Comisiei fără întârziere, cel târziu în două săptămâni de la îndeplinirea condiției articolului 51 (prezumția la 10²⁵ FLOPs)
- Furnizorul poate susține că modelul nu prezintă risc sistemic; Comisia poate respinge argumentele și desemna modelul, inclusiv din oficiu
- Comisia publică lista modelelor desemnate; reevaluarea este posibilă la cerere motivată
Calendarul conformității
Aplicabil de la 2 august 2025, împreună cu restul cadrului GPAI; Omnibusul digital din 2026 nu a modificat această dată.
