Článok 89 dáva Úradu pre AI jeho strážnu vežu: priebežné sledovanie, či poskytovatelia GPAI skutočne robia to, čo kapitola V vyžaduje — vrátane vernosti podpísaným kódexom postupov. Otvára aj cestu sťažnostiam nadväzujúcich poskytovateľov.

Harmonogram súladu
Uplatňuje sa od 2. augusta 2026; digitálny omnibus 2026 odložil hmotnoprávne vysokorizikové povinnosti (prílohu III na 2. decembra 2027, prílohu I na 2. augusta 2028), ale toto ustanovenie neposunul.
