Članak 89. daje Uredu za UI njegovu stražarnicu: kontinuirano praćenje čine li pružatelji GPAI doista ono što poglavlje V. zahtijeva — uključujući pridržavaju li se potpisanih kodeksa prakse. Otvara i vrata pritužbama pružatelja niže u lancu.

Primjenjuje se od 2. kolovoza 2026.; digitalni omnibus iz 2026. odgodio je materijalne visokorizične obveze (Prilog III. na 2. prosinca 2027., Prilog I. na 2. kolovoza 2028.), ali nije pomaknuo ovu odredbu.
