Artikel 69 laat nationale autoriteiten de wetenschappelijke slagkracht van de Unie lenen: lidstaten kunnen een beroep doen op de deskundigen van het wetenschappelijk panel ter ondersteuning van hun handhaving van de AI-verordening. Diepgaande technische capaciteit blijft zo geen privilege van de grootste administraties.
