Artikel 69 låter nationella myndigheter låna unionens vetenskapliga slagkraft: medlemsstaterna kan anlita den vetenskapliga panelens experter till stöd för sin tillämpning av AI-förordningen. Djup teknisk förmåga förblir därmed inte de största förvaltningarnas privilegium.
