69 artikla antaa kansallisten viranomaisten lainata unionin tieteellistä voimaa: jäsenvaltiot voivat kutsua tiedelautakunnan asiantuntijoita tukemaan tekoälylain täytäntöönpanoaan. Syvä tekninen osaaminen ei jää suurimpien hallintojen etuoikeudeksi.
