El artículo 56 encomienda a la Oficina de IA facilitar los códigos de buenas prácticas — el instrumento que convierte las obligaciones GPAI de los artículos 53 y 55 en práctica concreta. Hasta que existan normas armonizadas, adherirse a un código es la vía práctica para demostrar el cumplimiento.

- La Oficina de IA facilita códigos que cubren al menos los deberes de los artículos 53 y 55: documentación, información posterior, derechos de autor, mitigación del riesgo sistémico
- Los códigos debían estar listos a más tardar el 2 de mayo de 2025, elaborados con proveedores, autoridades y partes interesadas
- La Comisión puede aprobar un código y darle validez general en la Unión mediante acto de ejecución — o fijar normas comunes si ningún código adecuado prospera
Calendario de cumplimiento
Aplicable desde el 2 de agosto de 2025, junto con el resto del marco GPAI; el Ómnibus Digital de 2026 no modificó esta fecha.
