56 straipsnis paveda DI tarnybai palengvinti praktikos kodeksų rengimą — priemonę, paverčiančią 53 ir 55 straipsnių GPAI prievoles konkrečia praktika. Kol nėra darniųjų standartų, kodekso laikymasis yra praktinis būdas įrodyti atitiktį.

- DI tarnyba palengvina kodeksus, apimančius bent 53 ir 55 straipsnių prievoles: dokumentaciją, informaciją tolesnei grandžiai, autorių teises, sisteminės rizikos mažinimą
- Kodeksai turėjo būti parengti ne vėliau kaip iki 2025 m. gegužės 2 d., rengiant kartu su tiekėjais, institucijomis ir suinteresuotaisiais
- Komisija gali kodeksą patvirtinti ir įgyvendinimo aktu suteikti jam visuotinį galiojimą Sąjungoje — arba nustatyti bendras taisykles, jei tinkamas kodeksas neparengiamas
Atitikties tvarkaraštis
Taikomas nuo 2025 m. rugpjūčio 2 d. kartu su likusia GPAI sistema; 2026 m. skaitmeninis omnibusas šios datos nepakeitė.
