Článok 56 zveruje Úradu pre AI uľahčovanie kódexov postupov — nástroja, ktorý premieňa povinnosti GPAI z článkov 53 a 55 na konkrétnu prax. Kým neexistujú harmonizované normy, dodržiavanie kódexu je praktickou cestou preukázania súladu.

- Úrad pre AI uľahčuje kódexy pokrývajúce prinajmenšom povinnosti článkov 53 a 55: dokumentáciu, informácie nadväzujúcim subjektom, autorské práva, zmierňovanie systémového rizika
- Kódexy mali byť hotové najneskôr do 2. mája 2025, vypracované s poskytovateľmi, orgánmi a zainteresovanými stranami
- Komisia môže kódex schváliť a vykonávacím aktom mu dať všeobecnú platnosť v Únii — alebo stanoviť spoločné pravidlá, ak vhodný kódex nevznikne
Harmonogram súladu
Uplatňuje sa od 2. augusta 2025 spolu so zvyškom rámca GPAI; digitálny omnibus 2026 tento dátum nezmenil.
