- A Comissão pode solicitar a um fornecedor GPAI a documentação elaborada nos termos dos artigos 53 e 55, ou qualquer informação adicional necessária para avaliar a conformidade com o Regulamento
- O Comité de IA também pode, mediante pedido fundamentado, solicitar à Comissão que acione tal pedido
- Os pedidos fixam um prazo; o fornecedor — ou o seu mandatário — deve fornecer as informações, e respostas inexatas ou incompletas são puníveis autonomamente
Calendário de conformidade
Aplica-se a partir de 2 de agosto de 2026; o Omnibus Digital de 2026 adiou as obrigações substantivas de alto risco (anexo III para 2 de dezembro de 2027, anexo I para 2 de agosto de 2028) mas não moveu esta disposição.
