Článok 91 je prvou priečkou presadzovacieho rebríka Komisie pre GPAI: právomoc vyžiadať si papiere. Technická dokumentácia článkov 53 a 55 existuje na to, aby bola predložiteľná — toto ustanovenie preveruje, či nejde o blaf.

Harmonogram súladu
Uplatňuje sa od 2. augusta 2026; digitálny omnibus 2026 odložil hmotnoprávne vysokorizikové povinnosti (prílohu III na 2. decembra 2027, prílohu I na 2. augusta 2028), ale toto ustanovenie neposunul.
