91 artikla on komission GPAI-täytäntöönpanotikkaiden ensimmäinen askelma: valtuudet vaatia paperit. 53 ja 55 artiklan tekninen dokumentaatio on olemassa esitettäväksi — tämä säännös testaa, ettei kyse ole bluffista.

Vaatimustenmukaisuuden aikataulu
Sovelletaan 2. elokuuta 2026 alkaen; vuoden 2026 digitaalinen omnibus lykkäsi aineelliset korkean riskin velvoitteet (liite III 2.12.2027, liite I 2.8.2028) mutta ei siirtänyt tätä säännöstä.
