Članak 88. presuđuje tko nadzire modele umjetne inteligencije opće namjene: isključivo Komisija, djelujući putem Ureda za UI. Nacionalna tijela nadziru sustave UI; za modele ispod njih provedba je centralizirana u Bruxellesu.
