- EDAPP gali skirti administracines baudas Sąjungos institucijoms, organams ir agentūroms, patenkančioms į akto taikymo sritį
- Ribos: iki 1 500 000 € už 5 straipsnio draudimų pažeidimus; iki 750 000 € už kitus nevykdymus
- Baudos vadovaujasi klasikiniais kriterijais — pobūdis, sunkumas, trukmė, bendradarbiavimas, ankstesnės išvados — su teise būti išklausytam, Teisingumo Teismo jurisdikcija ir pajamomis į Sąjungos biudžetą
Atitikties tvarkaraštis
Taikomas nuo 2025 m. rugpjūčio 2 d. kartu su likusia GPAI sistema; 2026 m. skaitmeninis omnibusas šios datos nepakeitė.
