- ЕНОЗД може да налага административни глоби на институциите, органите и агенциите на Съюза в обхвата на закона
- Тавани: до 1 500 000 € за нарушения на забраните по член 5; до 750 000 € за други неизпълнения
- Глобите следват класическите критерии — характер, тежест, продължителност, съдействие, предишни констатации — с право на изслушване, компетентност на Съда и приходи към бюджета на Съюза
График за съответствие
Прилага се от 2 август 2025 г. заедно с останалата рамка GPAI; цифровият омнибус от 2026 г. не промени тази дата.
