Artikkel 100 vastab küsimusele, mida enamik vastavusprogramme kunagi ei esita: kes trahvib ELi ennast? Kui liidu institutsioonid, organid või asutused rikuvad tehisintellektimäärust, hoiab trahvipliiatsit Euroopa Andmekaitseinspektor — teadlikult väiksemas mastaabis.

- Trahvid järgivad klassikalisi kriteeriume — laad, raskus, kestus, koostöö, varasemad järeldused — koos ärakuulamisõiguse, Euroopa Kohtu pädevuse ja liidu eelarvesse laekuva tuluga

Kohaldatav alates 2. augustist 2025 koos ülejäänud GPAI raamistikuga; 2026. aasta digitaalne omnibus seda kuupäeva ei muutnud.
