Artikkel 94 on jõustamisjao lühim artikkel ja toob sinna õigusriigi: 5. jao volituste alla kuuluvad GPAI pakkujad säilitavad määruse (EL) 2019/1020 menetlusõigused — kohaldatuna mutatis mutandis.

Vastavuse ajakava
Kohaldatakse alates 2. augustist 2026; 2026. aasta digitaalne omnibus lükkas sisulised suure riski kohustused edasi (III lisa 2. detsembrile 2027, I lisa 2. augustile 2028), kuid seda sätet ei liigutanud.
