Articolul 94 este cel mai scurt din secțiunea de executare și aduce în ea statul de drept: furnizorii GPAI supuși competențelor secțiunii 5 își păstrează drepturile procedurale din Regulamentul (UE) 2019/1020 — aplicate mutatis mutandis.

- Articolul 18 din Regulamentul (UE) 2019/1020 — Regulamentul privind supravegherea pieței — se aplică mutatis mutandis furnizorilor de modele de IA de uz general
- În esență: dreptul de a fi ascultat înaintea măsurilor defavorabile, decizii motivate și căi de atac disponibile
- Aceste garanții operează fără a aduce atingere drepturilor procedurale mai specifice din însuși Regulamentul IA, precum cele integrate în articolele 92 și 93
Calendarul conformității
Se aplică de la 2 august 2026; Omnibusul digital din 2026 a amânat obligațiile de fond cu risc ridicat (anexa III la 2 decembrie 2027, anexa I la 2 august 2028), dar nu a mutat această dispoziție.
