What the AI Act leaves to Member States
The Regulation applies directly and needs no transposition, but it does leave four things to national decision — which is what this page tracks:
- Article 70 — designation of notifying and market surveillance authorities
- Article 74 — market surveillance powers
- Articles 57–63 — AI regulatory sandboxes
- Article 99 — penalties laid down by Member States
