The exam covers the five modules of the AI Act Fundamentals course: scope and definitions, risk classification, obligations by role, general-purpose AI, and deadlines and enforcement.
It is deliberately not a memory test. Most questions put you in a position someone actually occupies — you have licensed a vendor model and rebranded it, your fraud team wants to know if it is high-risk, your fine-tune is finished and you are wondering whose model it is now — and ask what follows. The questions that matter most are the ones where the intuitive answer is wrong.

It is documented evidence that you completed structured training on the EU AI Act and passed an assessment on it, with a public id anyone can verify. Art. 4 requires providers and deployers to take measures to support AI literacy among staff who work with AI systems; this is one of them, and it is the kind of artefact that belongs in your governance file.
It is not an official EU credential — there is no such thing. No certification body has been designated by the EU for the AI Act, and anyone claiming to issue an "official EU AI Act certification" is describing something that does not exist. We are not a notified body and not a supervisory authority.

No, and no such thing exists. The EU has designated no official AI Act certification body — Art. 4 requires AI literacy but leaves how you evidence it to the market. This certificate documents that you completed structured training and passed an assessment on it. It is evidence for your own records, not a licence issued by an authority.

Yes. Every certificate carries a public id in the form AI-2026-XXXXXXXX. Anyone can enter it on the verification page and see the holder name, the course, the score and the issue date. The holder's email address is never shown.
