AI Act Provider Certification Examination

Updated · Indicative — not legal advice

Sit the AI Act Provider certification examination: 25 questions drawn from a bank of over 100, stratified across all eight modules, graded on the server. 70% to pass.

Twenty-five questions on Chapter III from the provider's seat: the four determinations that precede development, the Art. 9 loop, data governance, the Annex IV file, oversight by design, accuracy and the AI-specific attack surface, the conformity route, and what happens after the market.

The paper is drawn from a bank of over a hundred and stratified across all eight modules. It is graded on our server; the answer key never reaches your browser.

Twenty-five questions · 70% to pass · every answer returned with its reasoning and its article.

Before you start

This examination is part of the AI Act Provider track. The modules are free to read; the examination and the certificate are the paid part, and the address you sit under must be the address the track was bought for.

If you have not bought the track, the free AI Act Fundamentals examination uses the same engine and the same certificate machinery at no charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Twenty-five, drawn per candidate from a bank of more than a hundred and stratified so that all eight modules are covered on every paper. The pass mark is 70%, and every answer comes back with its reasoning and its article.

Yes. The eight modules are free to read — we do not paywall the explanation of a regulation — but the examination and the certificate are the paid part of the track.

Harder, and deliberately so. The provider obligations are the heaviest part of the Regulation and the questions test determinations that are expensive to get wrong late: which conformity assessment route applies, what cannot be reconstructed after the fact, and what a substantial modification reopens.
