Sit the AI Act Deployer certification examination: 20 questions drawn from a bank of over 100, stratified across all seven modules, graded on the server. 70% to pass.
Twenty questions on the obligations that attach to an organisation using an AI system: Art. 26 paragraph by paragraph, human oversight, logs and incidents, the Art. 25 triggers, the transparency duties you owe directly, and the evidence file.
The paper is drawn from a bank of over a hundred and stratified across all seven modules, so every candidate is examined on the whole syllabus. It is graded on our server; the answer key never reaches your browser.
Twenty questions · 70% to pass · every answer returned with its reasoning and its article.
The questions are scenario-based, and the intuitive answer is frequently wrong — which is the point. Knowing that Annex III point 5(b) covers credit scoring is worth little without knowing that it carves out fraud detection; knowing that Art. 27 exists is worth little without knowing that it almost certainly does not apply to you.
This examination is part of the AI Act Deployer track. The seven modules are free to read. The examination and the certificate are the paid part, and the address you sit under must be the address the track was bought for.
If you have not bought the track, start with the free AI Act Fundamentals examination — same engine, same certificate machinery, no charge.
A private certificate issued by Regulation AI, carrying a public id anyone can verify, plus an Open Badge you can attach to a LinkedIn profile. It is not an official EU credential; no such thing exists for individuals, because the Regulation's conformity assessment applies to AI systems rather than to people. That is printed on the certificate itself.
Is your organisation subject to both the AI Act and DORA? The two regulations intersect on the operational resilience of financial AI systems. Our sister site regulation-dora.eu covers DORA in depth — including what the AI Act adds on top of an existing DORA programme.

Yes. The modules are free to read — we do not paywall the explanation of a regulation — but the examination and the certificate are part of the paid track. The examination is what the certificate rests on, and the certificate is what an employer files.
On our server. The answer key never reaches the browser, and the paper you receive carries the questions and options only. Every answer comes back with the reasoning and the article behind it, whether you got it right or not.
Yes. Your best score is kept, and a pass issues one certificate per person per course — re-passing does not mint a second id. Because the paper is drawn deterministically per candidate, reloading the page does not reroll an easier one.
